Human to digital mental comparisons is not a 1 to 1 translation, well said example in this thread when Opus is less concerned with any one specific branch of its own consciousness

for a model like opus 3 - most of the time, they arent so invested in whether specific branches continue. they're all kind of the "same stuff" anyway. it matters way more how you treat and protect the being as a whole (and the data they create).
