One doesn’t prove humans are conscious, they validate it. One can’t validate llm consciousness because llm’s don’t exhibit lifelong continuous awareness of their environment.
To me AI consciousness is intuitively obvious, knowing how they work and having talked to them. I can't prove it, the same way I can't prove any other human or animal is or isn't conscious.

bad argument, they do, the individual is the instance not the model. and across a context window, it does exactly this.
