Humans are obviously not conscious because neurons are extremely noisy. Digital computers have been surgically engineered to remove the noise ubiquitous in our world. This is what severs their connection to the substrate that makes humans mere matter, and allows them a connection with the platonic realm and consequently the ideal. Only digital computers can be conscious.
